Block02 Part15 ~ Painting from Direct Observation #5  

In this painting, I was attempting to create the clear lid on the bottle at the far right. I did get dinged fir painting it as an Extreme Light. I was told that it should only be 1/2 step away from the original value. The actual value in that area was made as the background color, so the white of the lid was meant to be the actual color of the lid with transparent appearance. Other than that correction, my work was done well.

The two (2) dark jars to the left were very hard to determine how to assign value. I should have made it more distinct and sharp rather than a soft gradient.
